Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions may be superseded by local laws, but Diyouware.com is bound by the law of Spain.

To purchase from this site you must either be over 18 or have the permission of your parent or tutor. By submitting your order you are offering to buy the kits at the price set out in the order.

We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed that we have both accepted your order and that it has been dispatched. No contract will exist until we have dispatched the goods. Any goods on the same order the dispatch of which we have not confirmed to you will not form part of that contract.

You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.

If your order has already been submitted and you identify a mistake, please contact us at our e-mail address immediately. Please do this before we confirm our acceptance of your order.

The kit contents and components listed on this web are subject to improvement without notice.

All images on the site are for illustrative purposes and not necessarily accurate.

Payment Method

We only accept Paypal mail request as payment method.

Shipping costs

By default the shipping method is Int. Priority Mail with tracking number. We will send you the tracking number as soon as the goods will be delivered to you.

The cost depends on destination country, number of products ordered and total weight of the package.

Delivery address

To prevent fraud, we will only send goods to your Paypal account delivery address.

Russian shipping addresses – Please note that owing to restrictions put in place by shipping companies we are unable to ship our kits to some parts of Russia.

Delivery time

Kits availability and delivery time will depend on the available stock and our production capacity.

Current lead times for the kits will be published on the web and if any goods are not in stock or, for any other reason, goods cannot be delivered to you by the planned date, we will say you before sent you the Paypal payment request.

If you would rather not wait, you will have the right to cancel your order before the payment.

Customs Duties

If goods are delivered to you outside the European Union there may be customs and other import charges to pay in addition. Those are your responsibility, and we do not calculate nor show those charges.

Warranties and Responsabilities

If you decided to build it up and buy any of these kits, remember that you will need some skills in electronics, mechanics and software. The result of assembling and how-well will run the final machine will depend much on those skills and they are our complete responsibility. Your use of TwinTeeth is at your own risk. We shall not be liable to you or anyone else for any loss or injury or any damages at all.

TwinTeeth is an open-source project and we have designed and tested it during almost a year with much effort in the hope that it will be useful to the community, but without warranty of any kind; tacit or implicit. We made their design files, their computer source code, and their documentation available free under the Creative Common licence.  However, the content of this website is copyright and is the property of Diyouware.com. The material on this website may be displayed solely for your information. It may not be copied nor modified without our written permission.

The kit contents and components listed on this store are subject to improvement without notice.  TwinTeeth kits may not be sold complete and you always will have to add some components required to get it working. The colour of the sample filament supplied with each kit will not always match that illustrated. All images on the site are for illustrative purposes and not necessarily accurate.

Damaged goods

You should inspect the goods when you receive them for damage. If you find damaged goods you must tell us as soon as possible. If the goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you, we will replace the goods or refund the price paid by you at your choice. In the event your goods were damaged by the postal company we will not be responsible of them because the shipping tariff does not include insurance.

Privacy

Information regarding the domain or e-mail addresses of visitors to our web site is neither stored nor monitored by us. Page views are recorded and monitored for internal performance use only.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions will be governed by the law of Spain and the Court of Madrid.
